From my experience smoking a box a day was a habit. It was something I did whenever I needed a break or to think and I do it out on the balcony where it is relaxing.

I was working in Bangkok for 4 years, I quit when I went home to Malaysia for a month’s break. At home, there was no balcony and my parents didn’t like it that I smoke and most of my friends didn’t smoke.

Not only that Vaping was accessible and legal so I started switching to Vaping. But After that Vaping because I was so lazy to maintain it I started switching to Yadom. :D At the time there was a new Yadom in town.

So basically I just replaced my fidgeting habit from smoking with something else. Rather than one thing I replace it with multiple things, Vaping, yadom, and Tea :D
